We recently spent the day at Lincoln Audi, learning more about the checks, processes and expertise that goes into every new car.

We went behind the scenes to the workshop, where they were working on an A4, an A3, and two Q4s, and a TT. We also took our Elf on the Shelf friend, who made himself handy fixing an air filter!

Huge thanks to Fabio, Rick, Rob, Mike, Keiran, Kye, and Scott – they had no idea they’d be on camera until we arrived, armed with recording equipment. They did a great job of explaining each process, were more than happy to help out, and kept us laughing the whole time.
